  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture, ensuring everything is well mixed.
  7. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  9. Mix crushed potato chips with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
