Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Beef
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, add the lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Toss until well combined and heated through.
Final Touch
  1. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

Consider marinating the beef in soy sauce and ginger for extra flavor. For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or chili oil. Chop veggies the night before for quicker prep.
