Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the half-and-half, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Churning
  1. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically for about 20-25 minutes.
Chocolate Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate chips by placing them in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring every 15-20 seconds until smooth.
Mixing
  1. When the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, add the melted chocolate and chopped peanut butter cups. Swirl them gently into the ice cream.
Freezing
