Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or prepare silicone muffin cups.
Making the Cookie Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, blending well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Take about 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
Baking the Cookie Cups
