Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the cold, cubed butter with both brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts.
  7. Using a large cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are slightly soft.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use cold, cubed butter for the perfect chewy texture. You can chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking to enhance flavors. If desired, sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
