  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there is enough space between the florets.
  2. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  3. Once tender and caramelized, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding chopped green onions or sesame seeds as a garnish. Adjust the Sriracha and maple syrup to suit your taste preferences. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
