- Carefully place the potato balls into the hot oil, cooking for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Alternatively, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even browning.

Notes
Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Add a pinch of cayenne for spice or experiment with various herbs for more flavor. These puffs can be frozen for up to 3 months and reheated directly from frozen.
