Preparation
  1. Prepare your graham cracker pie crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and ground cinnamon, and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the pumpkin puree.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours to allow it to set.
Serving
  1. Before serving, add additional whipped cream on top if desired, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Cut a slice and serve to family or friends.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute a portion of the cream with Greek yogurt. Let the pie set overnight for the best texture.
