Preparation
- Prepare your graham cracker pie crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and ground cinnamon, and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the pumpkin puree.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours to allow it to set.
Serving
- Before serving, add additional whipped cream on top if desired, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cut a slice and serve to family or friends.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute a portion of the cream with Greek yogurt. Let the pie set overnight for the best texture.
