Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Allow batter to rest for about 10-15 minutes.
Cooking Crepes
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly greased. Pour a small amount of batter, swirling to cover the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and are golden. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
