Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; stir to aerate.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Sprinkle in the cinnamon and fold in the peach pie filling until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each well about 2/3 full.
Baking
- Bake the donuts for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Glaze and Serve
- In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the cheesecake glaze and let excess drip off.
