  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and carefully separate each biscuit, placing them on a flat surface.
  3. Flatten each biscuit by gently pressing down with your fingers to create a small disc.
Mixing & Assembling

  2. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese at the center of each flattened biscuit.
  3. Fold the biscuit over the cheese and pinch the edges together to form a ball.
Baking
  1. Arrange the sealed cheese bombs in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Generously brush the tops with your prepared garlic butter mixture.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each biscuit bomb.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  5. Once baked, remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid leaving openings when sealing the biscuit around the cheese to prevent leaking. For extra flavors, add herbs or spices, and for cheese variations, consider using cheddar or pepper jack.
