Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circular shape.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter mixture and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  2. Once removed from the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Substitute mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for different flavors. Use a small amount of water on your fingers for easier sealing.
