- In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, rainbow sherbet, and crushed ice. If you wish to add a spirited twist, pour in the white rum.
- Blend all the ingredients on high-speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the concoction into a tall glass, filling it right to the top. Drizzle a bit of grenadine or fruit syrup over the top and garnish with pineapple slices and a maraschino cherry.
Notes
For an extra refreshing experience, chill your glass beforehand. Experiment with different sherbet flavors or add fresh fruit for a unique twist. The drink is best served immediately, but can be refrigerated for a day if there are leftovers.
