Method

Make the Raspberry Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Prepare the Freakshake Base
  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and 1/2 cup of the raspberry sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Glasses
  1. Take your serving glasses and drizzle raspberry jam along the inner sides for a beautiful effect.
Fill the Glasses
  1. Carefully pour the milkshake mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
Make the Whipped Cream Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Use this to generously top each freakshake.
Add the Finishing Touches
  1. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream and place a mini cheesecake slice on top. Garnish with fresh raspberries and extra graham cracker crumbs for a vibrant and indulgent finish.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Hand these beautiful creations over with a straw and a spoon—this treat promises to be an unforgettable experience!

Notes

To achieve the best texture for your Raspberry Cheesecake Freakshakes, don’t over-blend your shake base. Consider blending in a splash of vanilla extract for richer flavor. If you’re feeling adventurous, swap mini cheesecake slices with flavored cheesecakes or add a scoop of peanut butter or chocolate syrup.
