- Carefully spread the coated squash onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once the squash is tender and golden, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and optional chopped nuts over the top.
- Return the sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
