Method
 

Marinating the Shrimp
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create a fragrant marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade. Allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.
Assembling the Rice Stack
  1. Using a round mold or small bowl, layer the cooked rice at the bottom to form the first layer.
