  1. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 3-4 hours.
  2. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover again and let the cheeses melt into the bubbling sauce.
Serving

Notes

Sauté the garlic before adding the other ingredients for enhanced flavor. Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortellini for healthier options. Adjust cooking time for dried tortellini.
