Method
 

Cooking Spaghetti
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Garlic & Spinach
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  2. Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Adding Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Seasoning
  1. Introduce chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Creating the Cream Sauce
  1. Lower the heat to a simmer and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
  2. Gradually add in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
Combining Spaghetti
  1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving and Garnishing
  1. Plate the spaghetti while hot, garnishing with fresh basil and a sprinkle of additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
