Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced Crisp, colorful slices that add sweetness and crunch.
  • 1 onion, sliced Sweet and savory with slight caramelization to enhance flavors.
Garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp and salmon fillets with the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Cooking
  1. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and place salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  2. Flip the salmon carefully and add the shrimp alongside it. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, cook quickly to keep the shrimp succulent and salmon perfectly flaked. Ensure not to overcrowd the skillet for a beautiful sear.
