Add Strawberries
- Fold in the freeze-dried strawberries, and add chia seeds or flaxseeds if using.
Form Balls
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into one-inch balls.
Chill
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve

Notes
Chill the cream cheese for easier blending and taste as you go to adjust sweetness. If using fresh strawberries, be cautious of moisture in the mixture.
