  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced Provides freshness.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Brightens flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and separate it into triangles.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the diced strawberries with lemon juice.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle and top with a few pieces of strawberries.
  6. Carefully roll up the crescent dough starting from the wide end, sealing the edges well.
  7. Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  2. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating mint or basil with the strawberries. Adjust powdered sugar to taste and serve rolls warm for the best experience.
