Preparation
  1. Add the Malibu rum, coconut cream, fresh pineapple juice, ripe strawberries, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
  3. For the frosting, mix whipped cream with 1 oz of Malibu rum until well incorporated.
  4. Spoon a dollop of the Malibu-infused whipped cream on top of each drink, and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Serving
  1. Serve drinks on a decorative tray with straws.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh, ripe strawberries and pineapples. Consider adding toasted coconut on top of the whipped cream for extra texture. You can adjust the thickness by modifying the ice amount. Experiment with fruits or make it non-alcoholic by omitting the rum.
