Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined and coated in the creamy mixture.
Assembly
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly to cover the bottom.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the meat mixture in a single layer, ensuring coverage over the entire surface.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce to the meat mixture. Swap in different vegetables based on preference.
