Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the sliced beef sirloin in teriyaki sauce for 20 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until fully cooked and caramelized.
  2. In a mixing bowl, season the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and soy sauce, mixing well.
Assembly
  1. Using a round mold or a small bowl, start layering with a scoop of seasoned rice.
  2. Add a layer of cooked beef and then the sliced avocado, repeating until the mold is filled.
  3. Carefully remove the mold and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

Substitute sirloin with flank steak, chicken, or tofu. Use pre-cooked rice for quicker assembly and consider adding veggies for crunch.
