Assembly
- Using a round mold or a small bowl, start layering with a scoop of seasoned rice.
- Add a layer of cooked beef and then the sliced avocado, repeating until the mold is filled.
- Carefully remove the mold and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Substitute sirloin with flank steak, chicken, or tofu. Use pre-cooked rice for quicker assembly and consider adding veggies for crunch.
