- Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cookie bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
