Preparation
  1. Rim the glass with crushed salted pretzels by dipping the rim in caramel sauce and rolling it into pretzel crumbs.
  2. In a blender, combine white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  4. Finish with a pretzel stick as a garnish and serve immediately.

Notes
